Focus Lab
A facilitated deep work session with live focus music, with zero disruption to your space.
Focus Lab is a structured block for deep work. Music designed for focus is played live through wireless headphones, with gentle check-ins throughout to stretch and refocus.
Members bring whatever they need to get done — design, writing, code, admin. Two hours later, they leave with real momentum — and socializing afterwards feels a lot freer.
You feel like you're walking into community rather than walking into a workspace. That's quite a different thing to have in your week.

You provide the space — everything else is taken care of. The musician, headphones, facilitation, and structure. Depending on your layout, that might be a dedicated room, a sectioned-off area, or just part of the open floor. Members sign up on their own. Choose a day and time that works, and it becomes something people plan their week around.
Nothing changes for anyone else. All sound stays in the headphones — no furniture moves, no special setup. Everyone else in the building goes about their day. Here's what a session sounds like from across the room:
Chyelle, Bushwick
FourFiveSix Coffee, Williamsburg
